摘要
用超滤-厌氧消化技术处理龙须草、麦草烧碱-AQ法制浆黑液,对木素截留率高,透水率较大。用截留分子量为30000、10000、3000的PES+SPS膜进行超滤处理,可得80%左右的透过液。其中单级超滤截留率为:木素84.5%~89.3%,CODcr54.0%~57.9%,固形物37.3%~42.6%,而三级超滤截留率为:木素94.2%~97.1%,CODcr70.0%~83.6%,BOD5为69.7%~72.2%,透过液经两个月的厌氧处理,出水总CODcr去除率为原黑液的94.9%~96.1%,可达国家三级排放标准。
Experiments were performed to evaluate the effects of ultrafiltration (UF)anaerobic treatment of black liquors from soda -AQ srtaw and Chinese alpine rush (Eulaliopsis binata)pulpings.UF membranes of polyeester sulphone +sulphonated polysuphone (PES+SPS)made in China were used in the experimens ;they gave higher rejection coefficients of lignin. The rejection coefficient of lignin increased with decreasing pH in feed,and was not much affected by the membrane nominal molecular weight cut off (MWco)in a single stage UF treatment.After three stage treatment with PES+SPS membranes of nominal MWco 30000, 10000 and 3000, the black liquor was divided into two portions : about 80% permeated and 20% concentrated. The color, CODcr and BOD5 of the permeats were found to have reduced by 94. 7 % ~97. 1%, 70. 0% ~83. 6 %and 69. 7 %~72. 2%,respectively. And,the lignin in the concentrate can be used for various industrial-purposes.The permeate was found to be much easier to handle anaerobically than the original black liquor, The overall removal coefficients of CODcr and BOD in the final effiuents from UF-anaerobic treatment increased by 94. 5 %~96. 5%, 94. 9%~96. 1 %,and the final effiuents was shown to meet the national standard of effluent discharge.
