摘要
应用缝线固定法植入人工晶体10只眼,其中老年性白内障、外伤性白内障术中晶体后囊破裂≥6mm7只眼,外伤性白内障术后无晶体后囊3只眼。随访观察3个月～24个月,矫正视力≥4.5。有9只眼,未发生严重并发症。对手术的方法进行了讨论。
10 eyes were implanted with IQLs by suture fixation,in which,posterior capsule rupture was 6mm or above in 7 eyes intraoperatively in senile and traumatic cataract ,3 eyes had no posterior capsule postoperatively in traumatic cataract. Patients were followed up 3 months to 24 months,the corrected visual acuity of 9 eyes was 4. 5 or above and no severe complication was found. The authors' operating procedures were discussed.
