摘要
本文报道了甘二肽(H2NCH2CONHCH2COOH)咪唑(C3H3N2)为配体的铜配合物Cu(Gly-Glw)(im)[Gly-Glyo=Glycylglycime(2-)、im=imidazolyl]的合成、晶体结构和分子结构。配合物品体属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数a=9.4644A,b=18.3605,c=13.3504A.v=2312.35A3,单胞内的分子数为8。结构参数经块矩阵最小2乘法精修后,最终一致性因子R值为0.087,Rw为0.075。
In the paper we report synthesis, crystal and molecular structurec of Cu(GLY Glyo)complex(Gly-Gly-=glycylglycine,im=imidazolyl) contaning Glycylglycine (CH2NCH2CONHCH2COOH), imidazoly(C3H3N2 ) and copper(Ⅱ).The crystal belongs to monoclinc system, space group c2/c. the parameters of unit cell a=9 .4644A° b=18. 3605A° c=13.3504A v= 2312.35A The molecular number in the unit cell is eight. Structure parameters were refined by the least squares program to final R value of 0. 087 and Rw value 0. 075.
