本文探讨了结合水运系统分析展望船型开发的问题.对新船型开发、航道治理和港区建设进行了讨论.
In this paper the development of ship types are investigated incorporating the analysis of water transportation systems, and the development of new ship types, the harness of waterways and the construction of harbours and ports are also discussed.
