摘要
指出米勒等著《常微分方程》§５．１０讨论中的一个关键性错误，再进一步讨论结论成立的充分条件和充要条件．完善了线性系统（Ｌ）的正定二次型Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ函数存在性结果的证明．
The key error in § 5. 10 of the book Ordinary Differential Equation written by Miller R K and Michel A N is pointed out,and the sufficient condition as well as the necessary and sufficient condition Of the results of § 5. 10 are discussed. The existence of Liapunov’s positive quadratic function for the linear system (L) is proved.
