摘要
本文应用系数倍率法直接测定含尼泊金防腐剂及其他附加剂的新福林眼药水含量，方法简便，快速，回收率满意，变异系数为０．７６％（ｎ＝１０）．适合医院制剂快检。
-ratio method is adopted for direct determination of neophyn eyedrops containing ni-pagin and other additives. The method is simple and quick to do. The reproducibility is goodand the ratio of recovery is satisfatory cv=0.76%(n= 10)It is suitable for rapid verificationof preparation in hospital.
