摘要
本文报告５７例直肠癌用复方５－Ｆｕ拴和复方顺铂（ＤＤＰ）栓纳肛，并用ＬＷ型直肠已热治疗仪加温行温热化疗，治疗温度４２～４３℃。结果晚期肿瘤未切除组平均生存１２．７月。肿瘤切除组病理组织学光镜及电镜观察均见热化疗后癌细胞有变性、坏死、增生抑制，多种亚细胞结构受损。作者结合文献对直肠内温热化疗的机理及疗效作了分析讨论。
57 cases with rectal cancer treated with 5-Fu Co. and Cisplatin Co.suppository combined heating intrarectally with LW heater were reported in this paper.The treating degreewas 42～43℃ for 30 minutes.The results showed that the survival time of the patients withunmovable tumor was 6～17(m=12.7)months.The pathological changes showed necrosis,degeneration,hypoplasia and various lesions of subcellular structures in microscopically andsubmicroscopically.Authors discussed the principle and effects of hyperthemal-chemotherapy with literarures.
