本文推广了ＳｔｅｆｅｎＳｃｈｗａｒｚ等人的结果，刻划了广义循环Ｆｕｚｚｙ矩阵半群的极大子群．
This paper generalizes the result of Schwarz, Zhang and Peng and characterizes the maximal subgroup of the semigroup of generalized circulant fuzzy matrices.
