摘要
本文介绍一种以稳定的He-Ne激光器、CW-YAG激光器和CO_2激光器为测试光源的激光探测器特性测试装置,用来评价激光探测器的参数质量。
This paper describes using of optical sources of stable laser, such as Hc-Nc lasers. CW-YAG. laser and C02 laser, as measure devices of evaluate parametric characterization of laser, radiation detectors.
