摘要
本文综述了漫射速度干涉仪的改进和变型,比较和应用,并结合激光测量系统的现状谈了作者的看法。
The paper summarizes improvement of DIFFUSE VELOCITY INTERFEROMETER and its type change,compare, and applicaton Simultaneously the author's personal views are indicated combining present state of Laser Measurement System.
