摘要
研究一种新型的长脉冲空心阴极等离子体电子枪及其特性。论述空心阴极放电机理及理论分析。给出长脉冲空心阴极等离子体电子枪结构与关键技术。该技术可用于发展一类紧凑、实用的HPM源。
A new kind of the hollow cathode plasma electron gun and its chsracters are studied in this paper. The physical mechanism and theoretical analysis of hollow cathode discharge are discussed. The main construction and key technique of long pulse length hollow cathode plasma electron gun are presented. The hollow-cathode plasma electron gun is suit to development of long pulse HPM sources with moderatale power levels(≥1 MW) and high average power (1 kW).
