摘要
本文应用隧道显微镜（ＳＴＭ）并利用石墨的原子结构作为网格，进行的米级变形的网格法测量，并对脉冲激光辐照石墨的残余变形进行了测量研究，实验结果表明，此方法进行变形测量是可行的。
In this paper, nano-grid method was put forward with the measurement atomic structure of single-crystal graphite under STM. A test was conducted for measuring residual deformation of the illuminated graphite.The successful experimental results verify that it is feasible to measure the nano-deformation of matter with this method.
