摘要 本文介绍了分子排列高度有序的有机超薄膜的基本概念,简要地描述了LB膜,自组装(SAM)膜和蒸发沉积膜的制备方法及性能特点,并综述了有机薄膜在摩擦学中的应用研究现状,建议对摩擦过程中有机薄膜的稳定性,界面结合强度,摩擦重构和表面迁移性等问题开展深人的研究。 This paper is an introduction to the general concept of ultrathin organic films with highly ordered molecular structure,A brief description is given for the fabrication and properties of Langmuir-Blodgett,self-assambly and vaccum-evaprated organic films.The state of art for the thin organic film researches in tribological applications are reviwed,and it is suggested that studies on the issues,such as stability,interfacial bond strength,friction induced reorganization and surface moblility, are urgently needed.
