摘要
为进一步探讨楔状缺损患者的就诊原因、发病因素、缺损牙位以及如何选择理想的充填材料等，对１２４０例楔状缺损患者进行了临床统计分析，并对其中４３０例（计９２０颗患牙）进行了治后２年的追踪观察。结果：该类患者的就诊原因大多为并发牙髓炎及根尖周炎后（占５７．３％）；致病因素以横式刷牙及牙颈结构不良为主（分别占７０．８％、５０．２％）；充填材料对于浅度缺损宜选用光固化，而中、深度缺损宜分别选用玻璃离子粘固粉和银汞合金。
In order to further investigate the causes of patients to make medical visit,pathogenic factors,defect teeth position and how to select ideal filling materials,the clinical statistics and analysis of 1240 patients with cuneiform defect teeth were conducted.Follow up observations were made two years after treatment for 430 cases (920 defect teeth),the results showed that the causes of making medical visit were mostly the patients suffered from complications of pulpitis and apical periodontitis(57.3%);pathogenic factors were mainly transverse tooth brushing and poor structure of dental necks(70.8% and 52.2% respectively);the filling materials for superficial defects should select photofixation,for moderate and deep defects,should seclect glass ion cement and silver amalgam respectively.
