摘要
本文研究了溶剂的性质以及溶剂中存在某种物质时对乙酸乙酯皂化速率的影响。
In this paper, we have studied the main factors that affect the saponification rate of ethyl acetate. The factors include the properties of the solvent, the presence of some substance in solvent.
