摘要
通过解决激光加工中材料表面温度测量装置的难点，设计了一套新型光学系统，并给出了测量误差分析及结论．
A new optical system is designed for the material surface temperature-measuring device used in laser processing. The measurement error analysis and conclusions are presented.
