摘要
对饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮的含量及其变化进行了研究,发现管道自来水中亚硝酸盐氮的含量比屋顶水池高;各种蔬菜与饮用水共煮时,亚硝酸盐含量有所下降,其中白菜使亚硝酸盐降解效果最好.
The content of nitrite nitrogen in drinking water and its change are studied. It is found that content of nitrite nitrogen in tap water is higher than pond water on roof. The nitrite in drinking water can be decomposed by some vegetables as boiling. The effect of chinese cabbage on decomposing nitrite is best.
