摘要
用水玻璃、氢氧化铝、氢氧化钠和水为原料,按8Na2O·1Al2O3·2.5SiO2·300H2O高碱高硅摩尔配比,在一定温度下老化产出高活性导向剂,应用于4A沸石合成,产出钙交换容量312.5mgCaCO3/g沸石、平均粒径4.8μm、白度95°的产品.
The high active 'directing agent' was prepared from sodium silicate, aluminium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and water in the proportion of 8Na 2O·1Al 2O 3·2.5SiO 2·300H 2O, and used in synthesizing 4A zeolite for detergent. The final product has high calcium exchange ability of 312.5mg CaCO 3/g zeolite, average particle size of 4.8 μm and good whiteness of 95°。
