EFFECT OF COMPOSITION ON PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF AMORPHOUS Fe Si B ALLOYS

摘要 EFFECTOFCOMPOSITIONONPHYSICALPROPERTIESOFAMORPHOUSFeSiBALLOYS①WangLingling,ZhaoLihua,HuWangyu,WuLijun,ZhangBangweiDepartme... Some physical properties of amorphous Fe Si B and Fe W Si B alloys prepared by single roller spin quenching have been studied. Their microhardness increases with increasing metalloid content. The magnetic permeabilities of amorphous Fe 79.7 Si 4.0 B 16.3 , Fe 78.1 Si 4.0 B 17.9 and Fe 73.7 W 1.3 Si 3.0 B 22.0 alloys reduce with increasing frequency and the magnetic permeability all presents peak values with increasing magnetic induction. In the condition of weak magnetic induction, the eddy loss rises and the remanent loss decreases obviously, while the change of magnetic hysteresis loss is not evident. In the region of middle and strong magnetic induction, the eddy loss and magnetic hysteresis loss reduces in the W containing amorphous Fe Si B alloys.
