摘要
进行了1560合金低频电磁水平连铸的生产实验,成功地生产出了近终形的小断面(φ54 mm)1560合金圆形坯料,然后再通过轧制和冷拉来生产出合格的棒线材产品.此工艺取消了铸坯锻造以及锻造前的退火等工序,从而缩短了工艺流程,大幅度提高了生产效率,提高了产品成材率.本文通过研究电磁场作用下水平连铸1560合金的铸态组织与最终产品性能,探讨了此工艺对提高1560合金铸坯质量的影响因素和作用机理.
φ54 mm small cross section round ingot of 1560 nickel -based alloy ingot was produced successfully by low frequency electromagnetic horizontal continuous casting, a series of wire and rod products were made by further rolling and cold drawing process with this near net shaped ingot. This technique shorten the production process by eliminating annealing and forging operation, which can greatly enhance the productive efficiency and production yield of making wire and rod of 1560 alloy. In this paper, by studying the as - cast structure of ingot and property tests of final products, a interpretation and explanation was tried to made on influencing factors and mechanism of this technique for improving the quality of 1560 ingot.
