摘要
建立了二维金属切削中两侧方向毛刺生成的切削模型,运用平面应力——应变理论进行了深入的分析,找出了影响两侧方向毛刺的主要因素,系统地揭示出毛刺生成及变化的基本规律。此外,还开辟出了抑制或减小两侧方向毛刺的技术途径。
This paper set up a new cutting model of the two side-direction burr formation in orthogonal cutting, pointed out main factors to influence burrs. And the two side-direction burr formation is systematically studied and analyzed with plane stress and shear strain theory. The formation and change of two side-direction burr are investigated, and the technical way to control burr is developed out.
