化学因子对环孢菌素在雪状白僵菌浸没培养中形成的影响

摘要 发酵培养物中加入亚硫酸氢钠,可提高环孢菌素A生产率。在发酵的前期(0~3d)亚硫酸氢钠对细胞中蛋白质的形成有明显促进作用,而在发酵的后期(3~13d)亚硫酸氢钠不利于细胞中蛋白质的形成。德夸菌素(Decoyinine)加到发酵第5天的培养物中,可提高环孢菌素的形成150%,提高环孢菌素A的生产率370%。经过黄体酮(细胞色素诱导剂)处理的雪状白僵菌接种到不含黄体酮的发酵培养基中,直接地影响了环孢菌素的生产率,而且也改变了个别成分在混合物中所占的比例。 Sodium bisulfite intervention resulted in an enhanced specific production of cyclosporin A. In early fermentation (0~3d) sodium bisulfite increased the level of cell protein, whereas in the consequent period(3~13d) the effect of chemical on the level of cell proteins was negative. Deeoyinine-inhibitor of guanosine-5'-monophosphate synthetase when added to the 5d old culture increased the sporulation intensity by 150%, the specific production was enhanced hy 370% (8d). Inoculum of T. inflatum supplemented with. progesterone (inducer of cytochrome p-450) affected the cyclosporin formation in the formentation medium to which no progesterone had been added. Not only the magnitude of total cyclosporin production hut also the proportion of individual components in the drug mixture was altered by progesterone effect.
