XIAP和CDK4/cyclin D1复合物联合表达对肝癌预后评估的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨XIAP和CDK4/cyclinD1复合物联合表达对肝癌预后评估的价值。方法对59例肝癌手术后组织石蜡标本,进行XIAP、CDK4、cyclinD1蛋白分子的免疫组化染色和预后分析。结果 XIAP、CDK4、cyclinD1高表达患者与XIAP、CDK4、cyclinD1低表达患者相比,生存率较低。合并有XIAP高表达+CDK4高表达组分别与XIAP高表达+CDK4低表达/XIAP低表达+CDK4高表达组和XIAP低表达+CDK4低表达组相比,其生存率显著降低。合并有XIAP高表达+cyclinD1高表达组分别与XIAP高表达+cyclinD1低表达/XIAP低表达+cyclinD1高表达组和XIAP低表达+cyclinD1低表达组相比,其生存率显著降低。XIAP+CDK4可以作为影响肝癌患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 XIAP和cyclinD1/CDK4复合物联合表达患者预后更差。XIAP+CDK4联合可以作为影响肝癌患者预后的独立危险因素。
