摘要
锅炉热管空气预热器的积灰程度取决于热管管壁温度的高低和烟气的露点温度,为了减少或者避免积灰,设计和运行过程中控制管壁温度是一个切实可行的措施。本文利用变量全微分的方法推出了预测和计算在一定工况下热管管壁温度的模型,给运行和设计时控制管壁温度提供了一套简便明了的方法。
The ash deposits of boiler's heatpipe air preheaters depend on the wall temperature of heatpipes and dewpoint of gas. It is available to control wall temperature in the process of design and operation in order to diminish or prevent ash fouling. The model of predictive and calculation of heatpipe's wall temperature has been deduced by using total differential of variables , which provides a simple method to control wall temperature in the design and operations
