摘要
通过揭示1Cr18Ni9不锈钢丝强度与冷拉总压缩率的关系，求出了钢丝冷拉加工硬化曲率K值，确定了工艺设置关系式，找到了该钢种冷拉弹簧钢丝的强度控制方法。
By establishing a correlation of strength with reduction rate of cold drawn 1Cr18Ni9 spring wire, the value of work hardening coefficient K due to the cold drawing could be determined, and a formula for selecting the cold drawing parameters worked out, thus a way of controlling the strength levd of the spring wire was found.
