摘要
自1992年4月至1997年12月,应用左听诊三角小切口入路经胸膜外施行动脉导管结扎术79例,年龄2.5岁～24岁。79例中13例(16.5％)并发重度肺动脉高压,8例(10.1％)并发亚急性细菌性内膜炎,手术切口6cm-8cm,结果表明无一例死亡,无导管再通,无严重并发症发生,与传统手术方法相比,本法具痛苦小,手术途径便捷,不损伤肌肉,无胸腔闭式引流管,肺叶无机械损伤,并发症少,恢复快等优点。
From April 1992 to December 1997,we operated on 79 patients with PDA for ligation of PDA through left auscultation triangle incision and the extrapleural way with miniincision. Age of the patients ranged from 2. 5 years old to 24 years old. 13 out of 79 patiants (16. 5%) were complicated by severe pulmonary hypertension and 8 cases (10.1%) by subacute bacterial endocarditis. Length of incision ranged from 6. 0cm to 8. 0cm. The results showed that is no death,no recanalization and no severe complication occurred. Compared with conventional method the procedures had the advantages of less pain, simpeicity of method,less injured muscle and less scar formation,less bleeding and no need for drainage,better exposure and better postoperative recovery.
