摘要
肾上腺性征综合症包括先天性肾上腺皮质增生CAH和后天性分泌有性激素肾上腺肿瘤。我们报告8例先天性肾上腺增生和5例后天性分泌性激素的肾上腺肿瘤。前者包括3例罕见的17-α。羟化酶缺乏症和其他CAH,后者包括3例男性女性化肾上腺皮质肿瘤和2例女性男性化肾上腺肿瘤。讨论了诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗,特别是分泌性激素的肾上腺肿瘤的良恶性鉴别以及CAH的治疗原则。
Virilizing and Feminizing adrenal syndromes include CAH and sex hormoneproducing adrenal neoplasma. Eight cases of CAH and five cases of sex hormoneproducing adrenal neoplasma were presented. The former include rare 3 cases of 17 hyduoxylase deficiency and others, the latter include 3 cases of feminizing adrenal tumors and 2 cases of virilinzing adrenal tumors. The authors state its diagnosis, differential diagnosis , and treatment, especially differential diagnosis between benigh and malignent of sex hormoneproducing adrenal neoplama and treatmnet principles of CAH.
