The Dazhuangzi gold deposit is altered rocktype of gold deposit discovered in China for the first time,which exist in the metamorphic rocks within the largescale ductilebrittle shear zone in eastern Shandong Province.The gold mineralization is related to sericitolition,pyritization and silication.The paragenetic association of minerals are dominated by native goldmetallic sulphidesquartz,accompanied by sericite and carbonate.The ore deposit,which belongs to middle temperature,dynamohydrothermal reworked type of gold deposit,formed under the condition of the largescale ductilebrittle shear action,kept the genesis in touch with alteration,anatexis and metasomatism as well as the formation and evolution of Lower Proterozoic Jingshan metamorphic rock group with higher gold contents.
