摘要
羊水拴塞是一种极为严重而危险的产科并发症,起病急,病情重,死亡率高。近十余年来由于医务工作者对此病的重视,加深了对其病理生理过程的认识,改进了治疗措施,抢救成功率逐年提高。本文主要探讨剖宫产时抢救羊水拴塞和预防羊水拴塞应采取的措施。
Amnitotic embolism is one of serious and dangerous complications in parturi
ents, it is characterized by quick onset, serious condition and high mortality. Two cases of
amnitotoc embolism were given emergency treatment between Jan. 1980 and Jun 1997
in our hospital, and both were successful . And the measures of the treatment and pre
vention of this complication were mainly discussed.
