摘要
目的评价市售抗-HCVELISA试剂的敏感性及其临床意义。方法通过对目前市售的国产ELISA试剂检测抗-HCV阴性的56例临床肝炎病人，应用日本产检测抗-HCV的第二代ELISA试剂进行重复检测、并对病人进行了追踪调查。结果共检出阳性11例（19．64％），其中以抗-C33C和抗-C22-3阳性率较高，分别为7例和5例，两种或两种以上抗体同时阳性者占再检阳性者的36．36％（4例）；在不同临床型肝炎中，以慢迁肝和慢活肝的阳性率最高，分别达30．0％和21．2％。结论结果提示目前市售的国产抗-HCV诊断试剂对临床丙型肝炎的诊断是不够敏感的，应尽快研制和推广第二代试剂，以利于临床肝炎的诊断、治疗和估计预后。
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and clinical significance about the test of antiHCV with marketable ELISA agent. Methods 56 clinical hepatitis patients with negative of antiHCV tested with marketable ELISA agent were re-tested with secondgeneration ELISA agent madein Japan, and were followed up to leaving from hospital. Results The Positive rate of re-test antiHCV was 19. 64% (11/56), the difference of re-test positive rate in different age and sex patientshad no significance; Among different kinds of antibody, the positive rate of anti-C33C and anti-C22-3 was as high as 12. 5% and 8. 93% respectively, the simultaneous positive rate of more than onekind Of antibody was 36. 36% ;Among different kind of clinical hepatitis, the POsitive rate Of chronicpersistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis was as high as 30. 0% and 21. 2% respectively; Theprognosis of anti-HCV POsitive patient was worse than anti-HCV negative patient in HBsAg positivepatients. Conclusions Now the marketable ELISA agent was not sensitive enough for the diagnosisOf clinical hepatitis patient and-screening of donors.[
