摘要
本文报告95例女性生殖器各种疾病引起的复杂性阴道松弛症,从医学美学的角度强调,在治疗原发病和并发症的同时,应对阴道和阴道口作紧缩修整,以减少阴道炎的发病率,并改善术后病人性生活质量。
Plastic surgeries of vaginal relax with vaginocele、colpocystocele、vaginal proctocele、obsolete perineal laceration and so on in 95 cases were reported in this paper.The results is satisfying.The author think that the relaxant waginal canal and orifice with or causing by such complex obstetrics and gmecology maladie,would be reconstructed during surgery of such ma- landie at the same time.
