摘要
目的：探索新生儿全营养混合液（ＴＮＡ）的配制方法及临床应用的安全性。方法：用６０ｍｌ注射器按一定顺序抽取各种营养成分配成ＴＮＡ，观察有无沉淀、测ｐＨ值、用显微镜观察脂肪乳剂在ＴＮＡ中的颗粒大小、形态变化。结果：用该方法配制的ＴＮＡ无沉淀现象，ｐＨ为６．２０±０．１２，脂肪乳剂加入ＴＮＡ２４ｈ后，平均直径为０．３５μｍ，与混合前一致，颗粒完整。结论：用６０ｍｌ注射器配制ＴＮＡ，操作方便、稳定性好，经外周静脉输注２１６人次，无任何不良反应及并发症发生。
Purpose:To probe into the preparation method and safty of clinical application of TNA by drawing various nutrients components in certain sequence with a 60ml syringe and to observe the presence or absence of sediment,pH value,and with a microscope to observe the size and morphologic change of granules of intralipid in the TNA.Results:TNA prepared with this method had no sedimentation,pH 6.20±0.12.After 24h of addition of intralipid into TNA,the average diameter was 0.35μm and in accordance with that before admixlure,the granules were intact.Conclusion:This method had the advantages of easy operating,good stability,and through peripheral intravenous infusion of 216 person times,no adverse reactions and complications occurred.
