摘要
本文通过微机实践和ＲＡＭ 匹配软故障发生情况分析，总结了主板控制器件、ＣＰＵ 速度、ＲＡＭ 三者特性匹配的规律和软故障形成的原因。特别是解决了微机多区域ＲＡＭ的衔接故障和由ＲＡＭ 引起的停机原因。并注重实际问题的解决方法，可操作性强。
This paper comments soft-trouble shooting from system matching with RAM through practice. It is found that forming reasons about soft-trouble and matching regulation among controling device,CPU speed and RAM Timing. It is also given the solution methods for the practice. Especially, it results the problem missing Match with different BANK which is unable test real memory.
