摘要
道家伦理思想是不是一种非道德主义或道德虚无主义，涉及到对道家伦理思想基本特征和精神实质的认识与把握。从比较伦理学的角度分析道家伦理思想的价值视角、价值目标及价值取向，就会发现，这家的伦理思想是一种从精神实质上反对道德形式主义、道德功利主义的实质主义或特殊的自然主义伦理思想，是一种强调为而不恃、功成弗居的真正的道义论伦理思想。道家伦理思想有许多合理因素值得我们批判地继承。
It is in repect to the undrstanding of the essential chaseteristics and spirit essence of 'Dao' ethical thought whether 'Dao' ethical thought is a kind of non - moralism or moral - nihilism. Applying comparetive ethics to analyze the value view and value goal and value inclination, it is easy to find out that 'Dao' ethical thought is a kind of speial naturalistie ethical thought which is against moral formalism and moral utilitarianism. And 'Dao' ethical thought is also a real thought focusing on mondity and justice. So, a lot of rational factors in 'Dao' ethical thought should be inherited.
