摘要
采用不同照射时间和位置在孵化前用氦氖激光照射鸡蛋,对早期胚胎发育和减少死亡率有促进作用。试验组死亡率为4.13%~7.32%,对照组死亡率为8.13%。激光处理的效应取决于照射的时间和位置。结果证明,20秒垂直照射的种蛋孵化率最高,比对照组高4个百分点。.
Experiments are carried out concerning He - Ne - laser light effect upon embryonic development and hatchability of eggs for broiler. Different exposures are used: 10, 15and 20 seconds and different Positions of eggs during the treatment - horizontal and vertical. The laser treatment of the eiss before incubation has a stimulating effect on the embryonic development and decreased the mortality - rate of embryos during the incubation in the experimental groups(from 4. 45% to 7. 32% ) in comparison with the control one(7. 69%). The effect of the faser treatment depends on the exposure time. so on the egg position during the treatment (horizontal and vertical). The hatchahility is highest after an exposure of 20 seconds in vertical egg position. It is then with 3. 14% higher than in control group.
