摘要
应用平阳霉素局部注射治疗颌面部血管瘤86例。有效率96．5％，治愈和显效率87．2％。通过7月~58个月随访观察，未见复发，保持了患区的功能与外形。文中讨论了平阳霉素的作用机理，提出了预防副反应的方法、认为该方法安全、有效简便易行，是治疗颌面部血管瘤较理想的方法之一。
The auther had treated 86 cases suffering from hemangioma with local injections of Pingyamycin and obtained an total ef fective rate of 96. 5%, cure and marked － effect rate of 87. 2%. All cases without recurrence in 7 to 58 months follow － up and good cosemetic and functional results were obtained. The remedy － meellaning were analysed and the measure to reduce the side － effect also proposed. It's considered that the method is safe, effective and simple. We helieve that this method is one of the idea options for treatment of hemangioma.
