摘要
目的：观察倍频Q开关Nd：YAG（Q532）激光治疗浅表色素殊的疗效。方法：采用特殊波长Q532激光治疗面部浅表性色素斑，每次间隔3个月。结果：治疗163例病人中痊愈64例，痊愈率为39．26％，总有效率94．48％。结论：Q532激光治疗浅表色素斑有明显疗效，且并发症少，操作简单、方便、易控制，比现有的常规治疗方法优点更多。
To observe the treatment effect on the facial epidermal benign pigmented lesions with Frequency-Doubled QSwitched Nd: YAG lasers. Methods: Q532 laser was applied in the treatment of facial epidermal henign pigmented lesions. The treatment interval was 2-3 months. Results: The cure rates were 39. 26%. The efficiency rates were 94. 4%. Conclusion: In the treatment of facial lesions, Q532 laser have more curative effect and less contraindications or side effects than the conventional methods.
