摘要
目的：矫正各种程度的松垂小乳征。方法：乳晕缘半月或双环切口法使垂乳悬吊并同时于胸大肌下植入假体隆乳。结果：术后随访0．5年～3年，外形、手感好，乳头乳晕感觉无异常，受术者均满意。结论：此法切口线与乳晕缘重合，伤口隐蔽，创伤小，操作简单、灵活，是目前矫正松垂小乳征的较好方法之一。
Objective: To cure all kinds of ptosis breast invoklution. Method: Bi-circumci-sion or circmareola stlspending ptotic breast and augmentation mammaplasty, then om-Planl ing pseudomorph into greater pectoral muscle. Result: Follow-up survey 0. 5 - 3years, the appearance and sense of touch were good, and the patients were satisfaction,Conclusion: The operation makes less opentiun trauma, easy to operate, it is one of thebest operation to ctlre incohction companied wilk ptosis.
