摘要
研究了镉( Ⅱ) - 碘化钾- 吐温- 20 吸附波的极谱测定条件,加入吐温- 20 可使峰电流提高1 .1 倍,其峰电位为- 0 .72 V(vs . S C E) ,镉( Ⅱ) 浓度在4 ~300 ng/ m L 范围内与峰电流成线性关系,可用于直接测定锌及氧化锌中痕量镉,方法简便、准确,选择性和稳定性好,相对标准偏差≤2 % ,回收率在98 % ~102 % 。
The complex adsorption wave of Cd(Ⅱ)-potassium iodide-tween-20 was studied.The derivative wave peak ak was-0.72V(vs.SCE).The peak height was proportional to the concentration in range of 4~300 mg/mL cadmium.This method had been applied to determination of trace cadmium in Zinc amd Zine oxide.The relative standard deviation≤2%.The recovery was between 98%and 102%.
