摘要
知识产权保护日渐受到世界许多国家的关注。我国在知识产权保护方面取得了令人瞩目的成就，同时，也存在着不容忽视的诸多问题。该文指出了我国目前知识产权保护中存在的主要问题，剖析了产生问题的原因，并进行了对策思考。
The protection of intellectual property is gaining much concern in many countries in the world. In China, we have achieved a lot in this area, but there are still many problems to be solved. This paper points out the problems existing in this area, analyzes the causes and at the same time offers some possible solutions as well as the thinking of countermeasures.
