摘要
文章通过分析西欧饭店管理教育的发展趋势和我国饭店管理教育目前的状况，提出我国饭店管理教育应在教育观念、课程设置、教师水平及教学方法等方面进行全面的调整，以适应新世纪市场的需要。
The paper analyses the trend of higher education in hotel menagement in Western Europe and the status quo of China's higher education in hotel management.Then it puts forward the measures for adjustment in educational concepts,curriculum and teaching methodology,so as to meet market needs in the new millennium.
