摘要
为了实现跨世纪的宏伟目标、实施科教兴国战略，提高大学生的全面素质，使他们成为德智体全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者与接班人；为了推动高校的改革、发展及各项工作，加强高校党员干部的教育与管理，建设一支高素质的党员干部队伍已刻不容缓。该文对新的历史条件下，高校党员干部教育与管理工作的内容、要求和林或进行了论述，提出了结合时代主题进行政治教育等观点。
In order to achieve the great cross-century aim, improve college students' moral qualitles,andpromote the reform of higher education, it is necessary and urgent to build up a high-quality team ofcadres in the Party. The paper discusses the content, requirement and characteristics of the work ofcadre educatikon and management ln the Party in colleges and universities.
