摘要
该文对金陵职业大学为提高学生综合素质所做的工作进行较为系统、全面的总结和分析，阐述了实现素质教育的三条基本途径，对创新精神和实践能力的培养提出了工作重点。
The paper rnakes a systematic and all-round summing-up of Nanjing Polytechnic College's work for improving students' comprehensive qualities, poses three basic ways to quality education, and puts forward the focal points of the development of pioneering consciousness and practice abilities.
