摘要
采用盆栽和池栽试验,研究了ABT4、黄腐酸盐和FeSO4对烟草根系发育动态及其生理特性的影响。结果表明:烟草根系活力的变化动态呈双峰曲线,根系活力高峰分别出现在移栽后30d和80d;根系的钾素吸收与烟碱合成动态与根系活力趋势相同,但其峰值期略有差异。ABT4和黄腐酸盐对根系活力、根量、钾素吸收和烟碱合成均有促进作用,并且,ABT4的作用主要表现在前期,黄腐酸盐的后劲较长;FeSO4对根长、根量的促进作用较弱,对根系活力、钾素吸收和烟碱合成的作用主要表现在后期。
An experiment on effect of physiological characteristic and development of tobacco root with different regulatorstreatment were conducted by pot and pool. The results shown that the dynamic changes of root physiological activitywas appeared double peaks, the first was in 30 days after transplanting(DAT) I other in 80 DAT. The dynamic trendof K uptake and nicotine synthesis were the same as physiological activity of root, but the peak appeared in differenttime. ABT4 and fulvous humate could promote the physiological activity of root, root dry matter acculmulation, K uptake and nicotine synthesis, and this function of ABT4 was mainly appeared at earlier stage. Fulvous humate had alonger residual action, and FeSO4 weakly promoted root to enlong and enlarge, but FeSO4 could improve root physiological activity, K uptake and nicotine synthesis at later stage.
