摘要
采用直流溅射的方法,在Pt3Co 合金靶上加贴Ni 片,把(Pt3Co)1 - xNix 合金薄膜中非磁性原子与磁性原子的比率从3∶1 调制到1∶1 .通过高角X 射线衍射谱和磁性的研究,发现〈111〉织构至少在0-33 —0-50 的Ni 成分范围内不是引起垂直磁各向异性的主要原因.在此基础上研究了(Pt3Co)1 - xNix 合金薄膜的磁光特性.研究表明,适量Ni 合金化( x = 0-43) 可以获得较低的(Pt3Co)1 - xNix 合金薄膜居里温度,同时保持较高的垂直磁各向异性、较大的矫顽力和蓝波长下较高的Kerr 转角,从而为PtCoNi 合金薄膜的实用化提供了实验参考.
The ratio of non\|magnetic to magnetic atoms was adjusted from 3∶1 to 1∶1 within the (Pt\-3Co) 1-x Ni x system by sticking Ni chips to the Pt\-3Co target. X\|ray diffraction and magnetic results showed that perpendicular magnetic anisotropy was not caused by 〈111〉 texture at least in the Ni content range of 0 33—0 50. Furthermore, the effect of the Ni addition to the CoPt\-3 alloy films on their magnetic and magneto\|optical properties were investigated. The result shows that satisfactory Curie temperature T C, cohercivity H c and Kerr rotation can be simultaneously obtained by selecting suitable Ni content ( x =0.43) in the (Pt\-3Co) 1-x Ni x system. This work provides an experimental basis for the application of PtCoNi alloy films.
