摘要
从基础教育对师资的需求情况、素质形成的过程、文化素质教育的作用和师范院校的培养目标看,师范院校的素质教育应该定位在文化素质教育上;课堂教学、教育实习和以发挥学生自我教育为主体的第二课堂活动是素质教育的重要途径;实施素质教育要在课程体系、教学方法、质量监控、队伍建设等方面与素质教育相适应,形成优化。
Quality education in teachers colleges is a cultural education,considered from the requirements of fundamental education,the formation of quality education and the aims of teachers colleges.Formal teaching,teaching practice and the second class make the most essential part of quality education.Curriculum, teaching approach, quality monitoring should go along with the present practices of quality education.
