摘要
就存在活化剂氨三乙酸和增敏剂β- 环糊精, 锰催化高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿反应, 拟定了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法, 并讨论有关的反应机理. 由于添加了β- 环糊精, 使得原本就非常灵敏的高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿体系的灵敏度再提高2-5 倍, 选择性也明显改善, 测定锰的线性范围为0 ~2-4μg/L, 检出限为0-097μg/L, 相对标准偏差0-45 % (n = 12) , 用于测定酒样、大米、糯米中的锰, 结果令人满意.
Anew catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Mn( Ⅱ)has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of alizalin green (AG)by potassium periodate in the presence of β- Cyclodexdrin (β- CD)as an enhancing agent. Thecatalysis ofβ- CDwas usedforthe kineticspectrophotometric determination of Mn( Ⅱ)overtherange 0 ~2-4ng/mL[detection limit0-097ng/mL ,the relative precision for 1-6ng/mLof Mn(Ⅱ)being 0-45 % ( n = 12) , and the sentitivety being increased by 2-5times than thatin the absenceoftheβ- CD. The method can be usedforthe determination of Mn (Ⅱ)in cerealsamples and winesamples with satisfactory results.
