Catalytic Quenching Spectrofluorimetric Determination oftrace amounts of Vanadium ( Ⅴ)

摘要 利用溴酸钾氧化甲亚胺- H 为指示反应, 建立了催化荧光法测定水样中痕量钒的新体系. Ahighly sensitivecatalyticquenchingspectrofluorimetric methodforthe determination ofvanadium based onitscatalyticeffecton the oxidation of AMHby bromate wasreported andits reaction mechanism wasstudied. Theoptimum conditionsare pH= 4-2 , [KBrO3] =3-5m mol/ L, [AMH] = 1-0m mol/L, 30 ℃, 4min, λex = 382nm , λem = 422nm . The concentration of V (Ⅴ)in therange 0-5 ~22ng/mLand 25 ~60ng/mLobeys beers′law . The regression equation was ΔF= 8-3995 +2157-12 Cv (r= 0-9994) and ΔF= 36-6417 + 841-81 Cv ( R= 0-9995), respectively .The detectionlimitofthe method was downto 0-07ng/mLaccording Ci= 3 Sb/ m . The methodis mostlyfreefrom interference, andthe Fe3 +ion can be easily masked by NaF.The method wassuccessively applied tothe determination ofvanadium ( Ⅴ)in tap waterand river wa ter.
