摘要
通过对四川乐山市、井研县、仁寿县和内江市9组紫色土样的分析, 在以细菌、放线菌和霉菌为代表的三种微生物中, 沙溪庙组和蓬莱镇组为母岩的紫色土中细菌数量最多,分别为8.3×106 个/克干土和8.2×106 个/克干土;遂宁组为母岩的紫色土放线菌数量最多, 为8.3×104 个/克干土; 霉菌数量最少, 为9.6×102 个/克干土。在不同利用方式中, 以松树林土壤的微生物数量最低, 细菌2.9×106 个/克干土; 放线菌1.4×104 个/克干土; 霉菌2.7×102 个/克干土。各类紫色土中, 微生物数量均表现出细菌高于放线菌, 放线菌高于霉菌的特征, 即酸性紫色土中, 细菌7.0×106 个/克干土> 放线菌6.7×104 个/克干土> 霉菌2.1×103 个/克干土;中性紫色土中, 细菌5.3×106 个/克干土> 放线菌5.5×104 个/克干土> 霉菌1.8×103 个/克干土;石灰性紫色土中,细菌7.3×106 个/克干土> 放线菌7.8×104 个/克干土> 霉菌1.0×103 个/克干土。
There are close relationships between microbe category, quantity and soil moisture, temperature, air, nutrients. The microbe is an important criterion for comprehensive fertility of a special kind of soil. Analyzing the groups of purple soil sampled in Lesan city,Jinyan county,Rensou county and Lejiang city revealed that, among 3 main kinds of microbe of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi, the quantity of bacteria in purple soils developed from parent material J 2S and J 3P was the highest; in four parent materials the quantity of actinomycetes in purple soils developed from parent material J 3S was the highest and fungi was the lowest in the same soil. In all kinds of purple soil, the analyzing data showed that the quantity of bacteria was higher than that of actinomycetes, and the later was higher than that of fungi.
