摘要
本文对四川的农业生物技术发展战略提出一些建议: 一是要在注重社会效益的同时, 更要注重经济效益; 二是要在注意近期目标的同时, 更要着眼于长远发展; 三是要注意知识运作, 即知识和技术的集成。对发展我省农业生物技术也提出了一些具体的建议。
Some suggestions of developing Sichuan agricultural biotechnology has been made.More attention must be paid to the economic effect,long term goal and technique integration during the development of Sichuan agricultural biotechnology.Sichuan must have its own intellectual property rights of some agricultural biotechniques and hi tech products.
